Andrea Licata is the Advisor for Strategic Engagements and Sustainable Innovation of Luxovia, where he leads the company’s efforts to forge high-impact partnerships and embed sustainability into every facet of its growth. With nearly three decades of experience spanning academia, corporate leadership, and advisory work, Andrea brings an exceptional blend of strategic foresight and practical execution to Luxovia’s leadership circle.

He is the founder and CEO of Talenteco, a consulting firm dedicated to connecting forward-thinking investors with innovative and sustainable startups. In this role, he has driven initiatives to identify and accelerate some of the most promising ventures in Europe, while advising established companies on how to integrate sustainability rapidly and efficiently. Andrea also serves as an advisor to Terras, contributes his expertise as a Sustainability Expert at EHL, and sits on the advisory boards of multiple organizations focused on innovation, sustainability, and partnerships.

Andrea holds both a Ph.D. and M.A. in International and Diplomatic Sciences, equipping him with a rare ability to bridge global institutional perspectives with entrepreneurial agility. Based between Geneva and Berlin, he is recognized for his talent in cultivating networks, structuring events, and aligning investors with transformative opportunities.
