Roberto Marino is the Strategic Advisor for Ultra-Luxury and Innovation Markets at Luxovia, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience across the luxury industry, including executive roles at LVMH, Kering, Swatch, Gucci, and Bulgari.
As Managing Director for Switzerland and Europe Travel Retail Sales & Marketing Director at Bulgari (2016–2024), Roberto achieved double-digit year-over-year growth, opened new markets and boutiques, and strengthened the brand’s presence in the ultra-luxury segment. He successfully led the RJC re-certification for the Swiss subsidiary and implemented transformative retail strategies that enhanced client experience and boutique performance across key European markets.
Earlier in his career, Roberto held global leadership roles in Product and Marketing, notably launching iconic collections such as Serpenti and OCTO, which have generated over CHF 1.5 billion in sales. His expertise spans haute horlogerie, high jewelry, and fashion, and he has played a key role in strategic brand repositioning and integration of acquisitions like Daniel Roth and Gerald Genta.
Roberto is known for his visionary approach, cross-cultural leadership, and deep understanding of client experience, product storytelling, and market dynamics. He also serves as a board member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland and advises SMEs on growth and transformation.
