Ricardo is the visionary behind Luxovia, blending a deep understanding of luxury, fintech, and emerging technologies to build a next-generation platform for high-net-worth individuals. With a background in marketing, business development, and sales, he has been independently advising Swiss SMEs and emerging startups across French-speaking Switzerland, on marketing initiatives since March 2025. Ricardo previously spearheaded the launch and early growth of Coupon Club Malta, a digital discount platform. Multilingual, he combines multicultural insight with sharp entrepreneurial instinct.

Kim Lennen

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Kim is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience leading digital transformation in global financial institutions, including J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey. As the former CTO and co-founder of Vestrata, Kim architected and launched a wealthtech platform integrating cloud, AI, and blockchain to serve leading private banks and wealth managers. His expertise spans strategic IT ecosystems, cybersecurity, digital platform design, and regulatory compliance.

Roberto Marino

Strategic Advisor for Ultra-Luxury & Innovation Markets

Roberto is a senior luxury executive with over 20 years of leadership at Bulgari, Gucci, and Swatch. As Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director for Travel Retail Europe at Bulgari, he drove double-digit growth, led expansion into new high-luxury markets, and oversaw some of Europe’s top-performing boutiques. He also contributed to the global success of billion-dollar product lines during his tenure as Worldwide Product & Marketing Director. Based in Switzerland, he serves as a Board Member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and speaks French, English, Italian, and German. At Luxovia, Roberto guides the brand’s luxury positioning, strategic partnerships, and experiential growth strategy.
